About Mike Pearce

Mike is a native of Raleigh and received a BS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After venturing in commercial real estate a couple of years, he started his career in Mortgage Banking in 1986. Mike has received numerous honors along his mortgage banking journey, including branch recognition for highest rated customer service and being recognized nationally for loan production. In order to provide the best guidance for his customers Mike is also accredited as a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.

Several years ago Mike noticed a need in the changing mortgage environment to create a company that provides exceptional personal customer service and the best interest rates available for his customers. He opened Residential Mortgage Advisors and is excited about the company's success.

Mike lives in Raleigh his significant other, Amy, and enjoys time with his daughter, Alexandra. He is an avid sports fan and plays too much pickleball.
